SUPER SLOPPY JOES
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 celery ribs with leaves, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
1-2/3 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook beef, onion, celery, and green pepper until the meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain meat mixture in colander and return to pot. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. This freezes well, so you can keep leftovers for another meal, or divide recipe in half for a smaller quantity.

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

In a 10" non-stick skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain in colander and return to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients.
